We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive who will be responsible for onboarding recruiters from the film and entertainment industry and driving paid job postings on the Starplify platform.
This role is highly target-driven and requires strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with casting agencies, production houses, talent managers, brands, and recruiters
- Pitch Starplify platform and onboard recruiters
- Convince and convert recruiters to post paid job listings
- Maintain and manage a strong pipeline of leads
- Follow up consistently to close deals
- Build long-term relationships with industry recruiters
- Maintain CRM records and daily activity reports
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding & revenue targets
Key Requirements
- Min 1 years experience in telecalling / inside sales / B2B sales
- Strong communication & convincing skills (Hindi + English required)
- Comfortable with cold calling and follow-ups
- Target-oriented mindset
- Interest or basic understanding of film, casting, media, or entertainment industry (preferred)
- Experience in SaaS/platform selling or recruitment services is a plus
