We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Telecallers to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are eager to start their careers in sales and customer service. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products, and assisting with their inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Assist customers with inquiries, providing information and resolving issues.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the database.
- Follow up with leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and sales.
- Provide feedback on customer interactions to help improve service quality.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Good listening skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
