We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude towards customer interaction. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, explaining services, and maintaining customer relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce company services/products.
- Explain features and benefits clearly to generate interest.
- Follow up on leads and maintain call logs or CRM records.
- Achieve daily/weekly targets set by the team leader or manager.
- Maintain a good relationship with customers and provide accurate information.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Good verbal communication in Hindi & English
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred
- Fresher or up to 6 months experience in Telecalling/Customer Service/Sales
- Have knowledge of social media things
