Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the management.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on leads and conduct follow-up calls as necessary.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (or local language).
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and MS Office applications.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good listening skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
