Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Telecaller Executive - Odia. The Telecaller Executive will handle high-volume outbound calls, engage with customers in Odia, provide information or resolve queries, and maintain accurate records of communication. The role also involves meeting targeted metrics, sharing customer feedback effectively with the team, and ensuring customer satisfaction through courteous and professional communication.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills in Odia and competency in Hindi and/or English is an advantage
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to manage diverse inquiries or concerns effectively
  • Proficiency in call handling, outbound/inbound telesales, or similar telecalling experience
  • Basic understanding of CRM software and the ability to document and organize call logs
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification in any discipline is preferred
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role or similar industry is a plus
