Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Telecaller to join our on-site team in Delhi. In this role, you will handle outbound and inbound calls, engage with potential clients or candidates, address inquiries, and maintain call records. Responsibilities also include following up on leads, promoting services, and providing detailed information about offerings or opportunities. The Telecaller will play a key role in maintaining strong communication and fostering customer or candidate relationships.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal and listening capabilities
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with CRM tools or call-handling software
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage objections effectively
- A positive attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to work collaboratively
- Previous experience in a telecalling or customer service role is a plus
- Fluency in Hindi and English is preferred
- Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is an advantage
