Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role at Apollo Athenaa, Asia's 1st Cancer centre dedicated to Women's Cancer, located in South Delhi. As a Telecaller, your responsibilities will include reaching out to patients to provide information, schedule appointments, and address inquiries with clarity and empathy. You will assist in resolving concerns, maintaining accurate call records, and ensuring a high level of customer service. You will also collaborate with internal teams to enhance communication processes and provide excellent support to both existing and new patients.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication, active listening, and customer service skills
• Ability to effectively handle patient queries and provide accurate, empathetic support
• Proficiency in data entry, record-keeping, and managing call logs
• Knowledge of basic healthcare and medical terminology (preferred but not mandatory)
• Proficiency in using computer systems and telecommunication technologies
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
• Prior experience in customer service or healthcare is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred
