Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Telecaller to engage with potential customers at trade shows, fairs, and promotional events. The role involves promoting products and services, generating and managing leads, and following up with prospects to convert them into customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with Potential Customers:
- Greet visitors at events, establish rapport, and identify their needs through meaningful conversations.
- Promote Products & Services:
- Present the company's products or services clearly and persuasively, highlighting their key features, advantages, and value propositions.
- Lead Generation:
- Collect and record accurate customer information and inquiries for future follow-up and sales conversion.
- Lead Conversion & Follow-up:
- Conduct follow-up calls with leads post-events to provide additional information, answer queries, and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Maintain a Professional Presence:
- Represent the company positively at all times, ensuring professionalism, enthusiasm, and in-depth knowledge of products and services.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain detailed records of leads, calls, and interactions using CRM or designated tools, and provide regular updates to the sales and marketing team.
Requirements:- Proven experience as a Telecaller, Sales Representative, or in Customer Engagement (event-based experience preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and energetic personality.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience using CRM systems is an advantage.
