Job Description

Minimum2 years of experience in sales or customer service·
Experienceworking with English and American clients
Proven experience as telesalesrepresentative or other sales/customer service role
Proven track record ofsuccessfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
Good knowledge of relevantcomputer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
Ability to learn about productsand services and describe/explain them to prospects
Excellent knowledge of English
Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
Cool-tempered and able tohandle rejection
Outstanding negotiation skillswith the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
High school diploma; BSc/BAwill be a plus
