Bachelor's Degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education/training and experience).
1+ years related experience in telecalling.
Successful experience communicating and influencing effectively, both orally and in writing, with all levels of company employees and customers.
Flair to talk and convert leads to sales
Ability to work in a demanding environment, adapt to changing priorities, meet deadlines, multi-task effectively and work well under pressure.
Must possess strong analytical skills as well as ability to utilize tools such as Microsoft Office range of products, current research methods, and modern presentation methods.
Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of the Retail/E-Commerce marketplace along with ongoing market conditions and competitive analysis reporting.
Maintain sales activity in CRM/Sheets including all contacts, leads, and opportunities.
Engage with the KAM team, and external partners, to execute on our brand promise to provide innovative and efficient solutions that improve our customer's operations.
Contribute to the team sales goals and objectives, participating in weekly and monthly meetings.
