Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Tele-sales Executive at Bluwheelz in Noida Sector-68. As a Tele-sales Executive, your day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our delivery services, answering customer inquiries, and closing sales deals. You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, achieving sales targets, and providing accurate and timely information.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication skills
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Experience in tele-sales or customer service roles
Good knowledge of the E-commerce, Quick Commerce, or Food Tech industries
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and closers.
Stick to the call script and strategy, but also improvise it when needed.
Liaison with the concerned department regarding customer queries and complaints
Developing in-depth knowledge of organization's product & offerings to make suitable recommendations based on customers needs and preferences.
