Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Tele Marketing Executive located in Kolkata. The Tele Marketing Executive will be responsible for generating leads, providing customer service and support, and handling sales inquiries. Daily tasks include making outbound calls to potential customers, following up on leads, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role involves documenting client interactions and feedback to improve service delivery.

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and meet target goals
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
