Key Responsibilities:
Engage with prospective students and provide detailed information regarding admissions, courses, and campus life.
Professionally counsel and guide students over the phone, addressing their queries and concerns.
Maintain accurate records of communications and update internal databases regularly.
Support the admissions team in identifying and reaching out to potential students.
Key Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills are essential.
Prior work experience in a call center or similar role is an advantage.
Ability to manage multiple calls and maintain quality communication with prospective students.
Graduate in any stream.
