We are hiring Tele counselors for our Admissions department. The role involves connecting with prospective students, providing information, and guiding them through the admissions process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective students and provide detailed information regarding admissions, courses, and campus life.
• Professionally counsel and guide students over the phone, addressing their queries and concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of communications and update internal databases regularly.
• Support the admissions team in identifying and reaching out to potential students.
• Key Requirements:
• Excellent English communication skills are essential.
• Prior work experience in a call center or similar role is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple calls and maintain quality communication with prospective students.
• Graduate in any stream.
