About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Tele Calling Executives to support our Dubai real estate business. The role involves connecting with buyers, investors, landlords, and existing property owners to generate qualified business opportunities for our Dubai sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential buyers, investors, landlords, and existing clients.
- Generate qualified leads for sales, rentals, resale, and property management services.
- Identify repeat investment opportunities from existing clients.
- Schedule appointments for the Dubai sales team.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Update customer information accurately in the CRM.
- Achieve daily calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the Dubai sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Tele calling, telesales, customer service, or business development.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused personality.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong listening and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in real estate, banking, insurance, or BPO is an advantage.
