Tele Caller

Description

We are looking for a Tele Caller with 0-1 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and generating leads. This is a full-time position based in India.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of customer information
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Meet daily and weekly call targets

Skills and Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience as a Tele Caller or similar role
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of CRM software
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
• Bachelor's degree in any field
