We are seeking an experienced Tele Caller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in telecalling, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and drive sales through persuasive conversations.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Handle inbound calls and provide information as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Follow up with leads to convert them into customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in tele calling or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
