Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Tele Caller role located in Bengaluru. The Tele Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, following up on leads, and achieving daily and monthly call targets. Additional duties include providing information about IQ Kraft's services, handling client inquiries, and setting up appointments for the sales team. The Tele Caller will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive lead generation and conversion.

- Proficiency in using telecommunication systems and call center software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a tele-calling or customer service role is a plus
- Good command of English and local languages
