Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound voice calls to support customer retention activities.
• Provide excellent customer service to resolve queries and issues efficiently.
• Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Follow defined processes and guidelines to ensure quality service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update relevant databases.
• Work in a blended environment involving voice and other communication channels as required.
• Meet individual and team targets to contribute to overall business goals.
