Designation: Business Development & Customer Support Executive (Telecalling)

Location: Bhubaneswar

Salary: Up to 15,000 per month

About the Role:

We are a growing FinTech company seeking a dynamic and well-spoken professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships through effective telecalling and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads through outbound calling.
• Follow up with existing clients and prospects to maintain engagement.
• Provide customer support and resolve basic queries over phone/email.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle client interactions with professionalism.
• Must have own laptop and basic technical proficiency.
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or business development preferred.
