Description

Lead and mentor a team of Python developers, ensuring high-quality code delivery and adherence to project timelines.
Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable, and maintainable backend systems using Python (Django/Flask).
Evaluate project requirements, create technical designs, and prepare accurate effort estimates.
Write efficient, testable, and reusable code in an Agile and test-driven development (TDD) environment.
Manage production-grade software, code, and modules, ensuring stability and performance.
Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless solutions.
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Implement CI/CD pipelines, manage source control, and ensure smooth deployments.
Stay current with emerging technologies and propose improvements for system scalability and performance.

Required Skills & Expertise

7+ years of hands-on experience in Python development, with at least 2+ years in a lead or senior developer role.
Strong experience with Django and Flask frameworks.
Solid understanding of software development methodologies, particularly Agile.
Experience with RDBMS such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and exposure to ReactJS or Angular.
Experience working on Linux environments.
Familiarity with Docker; knowledge of Kubernetes is a plus.
Experience in CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git workflow).
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or DigitalOcean.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
