Technology Recruitment Specialist

As a part of our growth strategy, we are hiring in India to expand our team.

What is expected from this role
Primarily it is a technology talent search/recruitment role.
Follow a consultative approach and strive to be a coach to IT candidates:
o Understand the profile of our clients and their operating environment.
o Clarify the IT hiring requirements with our Client Facing Manager to come to a common understanding.
o Creatively search & engage with potential candidates.
o Be a coach to potential candidates by consultatively understanding their matching technology skills, capabilities and aspirations.
o Assess the candidates overall skills, experience, and motivation to perform the said role.
o Profile the shortlisted candidates to clients
o Facilitate the interview process for clients to select the right candidates.
o Manage the selected candidates for successful joining and thereafter, completion of 3 months, bingo! That's what is expected from this role.
Sincerely ensuring a win-win situation for clients, candidates and community by coaching them in the direction of having a meaningful career.
Our goal is to assist candidates cross over the finishing line and join our client organization.

Who shall fit-in the best for this role
Candidates with graduation or post-graduation in IT related fields like Information systems or BCA/MCA or electronics or telecommunications or any engineering discipline from a reputed university. Graduate or master's degree in IT or Computer science is highly desired.
Candidate must have at least 4 years of past experience in technology recruitment roles serving the external clients requirements.
Candidate must be stable in his/her past employment(s) with successful l track record of achieving targeted goals and/or having career progression.
For this role, excellent communication with neutral accent & inter-personal skills, result-orientation, attention to details and passion for continuous learning are needed.
Aptitude for learning new technology tools/products.
Ability to work towards achieving revenue performance goals.
