Role/ Job Title: Technology Delivery Manager
Function/ Department: Information Technology
Job Purpose: Responsible for developing solutions based on functional specifications and technical design. Responsible for Unit/SIT and resolving bugs. Responsible for support on L2/L3 analysis production incident.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Good technical experience in Java, Oracle, SQL database, DevOps.
- Good understanding of application servers, Webserves & Server Operating systems RHEL & Windows.
- Good understanding of security aspects on the software and hardware technologies.
- Responsible for closing security observations of the application.
- Provide technical support and participate in the delivery lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Architecture.
- Creative problem solver, able to build contingency plans and handle stressful situation with professionalism.
- Handle Operational issues related to the delivery center.
- Delivery Management objectives in multiple delivery.
- Project planning and progress monitoring and milestone control.
- Ensure Product release cycle, make sure the features are tested and deployed as per expectation.
- Work with product managers and business to ensure the products and services are always designed with customer first solutions.
- Help team with Agile project management and work with project management leads and tech for delivery.
- Create user stories with acceptance criteria, responsible for creating various user flow diagrams, data flow diagram.
- Ensure process adherence, timely release of products.
- Deliver and effectively track all the deliverables.
- Candidate should preferably have knowledge on Banking Domain
- Become the Single point of contact for delivery and act as SPOC between the Service
- Delivery and the Internal Customer.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Education Qualification:
Graduation: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) / Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)
Post-Graduation: Master of Science (M.Sc) /Master of Technology (M.Tech) / Master of Computer Applications (MCA)
Experience: 2-5 years.
