The Opportunity
Join a dynamic documentation team of more than 15 professionals responsible for delivering high-quality technical content that supports innovative software products. As an experienced Technical Writer, you will play a key role in creating and maintaining customer-facing documentation that enables product adoption and success.
This role provides opportunities to work with cross-functional product teams and gain deep knowledge of enterprise software products and technologies. You will strengthen your expertise in technical communication, content strategy, and modern documentation tools while contributing to large-scale product releases. The position offers exposure to global stakeholders, enabling you to enhance your collaboration, leadership, and project management skills. How You'll Make An Impact
- Create and maintain high-quality software technical documentation, including user guides, installation manuals, API documentation, and release notes.
- Develop technical documents from scratch by gathering requirements, structuring content, and ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with software developers, product managers, and subject matter experts to collect, validate, and update technical information.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for diverse audiences.
- Drive continuous improvement in documentation quality, consistency, and usability to support product success.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- 6–8 years of experience in software technical documentation.
- Proven experience in creating technical documents from scratch, including planning, structuring, writing, and publishing content.
- Must have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience using documentation and collaboration tools, including Madcap Flare, Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.
