Job Summary:
We are seeking a Technical Writer to create clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for technical and non-technical audiences. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and SMEs to simplify complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate technical concepts into simple, easy-to-understand documentation.
- Write and edit user manuals, FAQs, API documentation, and online help content.
- Work with developers and engineers to ensure accuracy.
- Create diagrams, screenshots, and tutorials to enhance clarity.
- Improve documentation processes for better accessibility and usability.
- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely updates to documentation.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in technical writing (preferably in IT, SaaS, or software).
- Proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, MadCap Flare, RoboHelp).
- Familiarity with APIs, Markdown, HTML, CSS, and version control (Git) is a plus.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in Agile teams and fast-paced environments.
