Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation, user manuals, API references, FAQs, and online help articles for Adopt.ai's suite of agentic AI solutions.
- Develop engaging marketing and educational content such as blog posts, tutorials, Reddit campaigns, case studies, and product guides to promote product adoption.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and customer success teams to translate technical details into clear and actionable information.
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all documentation in alignment with company brand and style guidelines.
- Research the latest trends and best practices in agentic AI, workflow automation, and enterprise SaaS to enrich documentation and thought-leadership content.
- Revise and improve documentation based on product updates and user feedback.
- Manage and organize all documentation in relevant CMS platforms or repositories.
- Contribute to community engagement by creating expert-level resources for forums, webinars, and user groups.
