WearelookingforameticulousandcreativeTechnicalDocumentWritertojoinoureLearningteam.Thisroleinvolvescraftinghigh qualitydocumentationthatsupportsdigitallearningproducts,includinginstructionalmaterials,usermanuals,technicalguides,andprocessdocumentation.You'llworkcloselywithinstructionaldesigners,developers,andsubjectmatterexpertstoensurecontentisaccurate,accessible,andlearner-friendly.

KeyResponsibilities

CreateandmaintaintechnicaldocumentationforeLearningplatforms,tools,andmodules
Developuserguides,SOPs,FAQs,andhelpdocumentationtailoredtodiverselearnerprofiles
Collaboratewithcross-functionalteamstogatherinformationandtranslateitintoclear,structuredcontent
Ensureconsistencyintone,formatting,andterminologyacrossalldocumentation
Applyinstructionaldesignprinciplestoenhanceclarityandengagement
Reviewandupdatecontentbasedonfeedback,productupdates,andusabilitytesting
Useauthoringtools(e.g.,AdobeFrameMaker,RoboHelp,MSWord)andcontentmanagementsystems
Ensurecompliancewithaccessibilitystandards(e.g.,WCAG)

RequiredQualifications

Bachelor'sdegreeinTechnicalWriting
25yearsofexperienceintechnicalwriting.
StrongcommandofwrittenEnglishandabilitytosimplifycomplexinformation
Proficiencyindocumentationandgraphictools(e.g.,Snagit,Visio,Canva)
Excellentresearch,organizational,andtime-managementskills
