Technical Trainer

Plant Green Inertia Pvt Ltd (PGI) is dedicated to enhancing students careers by bridging the gap between industry expectations and student readiness. In a country where the average age is 21, many young people struggle with identifying their life purpose, leading to unemployment and underemployment. PGI aims to strengthen the country's backbone by providing activities and sessions that reprogram students lifestyles, giving them clarity, confidence, and a strong sense of responsibility to change society. This is a full-time Associate role located on-site in Chennai. The Associate will be responsible for coordinating and conducting sessions, providing guidance and support to students, and developing content and activities that align with PGI's mission. The Associate will also work closely with industry partners to ensure the relevance and impact of the programs offered. Daily tasks include preparing session materials, delivering presentations, and engaging with students to help them achieve their career goals.

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience in education, career counseling, or a related field
• Ability to develop and conduct engaging activities and sessions
• Proficiency in content creation and material preparation
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with students
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of industry trends and requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Education
