We are looking for a Technical Support Voice to provide customer support for our products and services. The ideal candidate should have 0-3 years of experience in customer support or a related field. The candidate should be able to troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions to our customers. The candidate should be able to communicate effectively with customers in English and Hindi.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions to customers
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate solutions
Escalate complex technical issues to higher levels of support
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
0-3 years of experience in customer support or a related field
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
Ability to troubleshoot technical problems
Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
Basic knowledge of networking and internet protocols
