Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 1Year at Service Desk, Ticketing Experience
- Proficiency in using using request management tools or ticketing systems.
- Attend to service tickets.
- Log/Troubleshoot & provision the solution using the customer provided knowledge base.
- Transfer or Dispatch to the next level of support.
- Daily communication via Email/Tickets/Phone
EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION REQUIRED

Shift: 5 Rotational Shifts, 2 Rotational offs
Salary: 4-5 lpa+ Allowance
Location: Bangalore KTP
