Key Responsibilities:
As a Technician at Protected Harbor, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing remote assistance to customers through phone, email, or chat to effectively address their technical concerns.
- Vigilantly monitoring our system's performance, promptly addressing issues and alerts to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborating with a team on projects, working under the guidance of a team lead.
- Adhering to Service Level Agreements, consistently delivering high-quality work and timely responses.
- Analyzing and resolving intricate technical problems, displaying proficiency in troubleshooting methodologies.
- Installing, maintaining, and overseeing system operations, networking setups, software configurations, and equipment functionality.
- Investigating product and process-related challenges, devising innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive product documentation and internal department resources.
- Demonstrating foundational understanding of networking principles including IPs, firewalls, security, and VPN setups.
- Displaying expertise in Microsoft Windows Client/Server OS for upgrades, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Exhibiting proficiency in Remote Desktop, addressing common issues and troubleshooting effectively.
- Mastering skills related to Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and Group Policy, including deployment, management, and troubleshooting.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience through a Diploma/Degree.
