About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide technical support for our internal applications and the US team. The role involves troubleshooting issues, working with SQL to retrieve data, and using internal admin tools to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the US team during the night shift.
• Write complex SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data.
• Develop expertise in internal admin tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Investigate and resolve application-related issues within defined SLAs.
• Manage system configurations and support business operations using internal tools.
• Communicate issue status and resolutions clearly with internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to work in the night shift from the Gurgaon office.
