The role of Technical Superintendent Offshore offers an exciting opportunity to manage offshore vessels, ensure technical reliability, and support operations for high-performance fleets. This position is ideal for marine engineers with offshore vessel experience who are ready to transition their expertise to a shore-based role.

Location: Mohali, Punjab
Responsibilities
- Oversee technical management of offshore vessels (DP2, AHTS, PSV, DSV).
- Ensure safe and efficient operations while maintaining compliance with industry standards.
- Provide technical support on MAK, CAT, Cummins engines, azimuths, and thrusters.
- Plan, supervise, and monitor vessel maintenance, inspections, and audits.
- Conduct and support OVID inspections, ensuring timely closure of findings.
- Liaise with ship staff, vendors, and clients to optimize performance and reliability.
- Contribute to cost control, efficiency improvements, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Chief Engineer (preferred) or Second Engineer with offshore background.
- 23 years of shore-based experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with MAK, CAT, Cummins engines, azimuths, and thrusters.
- Prior exposure to OVID inspections; experience with oil majors chartered vessels is a strong advantage.
- Local candidates from Punjab preferred.
