Job Title: Technical SME / Solution Consultant
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Technical SME / Solution Consultant to work closely with the Business Development team in designing and delivering customized learning solutions for institutional and corporate clients. The role involves understanding customer requirements, assessing technical feasibility, reviewing and designing curriculum frameworks, defining learning outcomes, and contributing to proposal development. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in emerging technologies and industry trends, ensuring that solutions align with industry standards, employability goals, and client expectations. This position also requires active participation in client discussions, solution presentations, and effort estimation for successful project delivery.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to understand customer requirements and translate them into effective learning and training solutions.
- Validate technical feasibility, design customized curriculum frameworks, and define clear learning outcomes aligned with industry demands.
- Prepare technical sections of proposals, solution documents, and delivery effort estimates for client engagements.
- Support client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations by providing technical expertise and recommendations.
- Ensure all learning solutions align with current industry standards, employability outcomes, and emerging technology trends across relevant domains.
Skill Set:
- 4-8 years of experience in technical training, solution consulting, curriculum design, learning architecture, or related roles.
- Strong expertise in one or more domains such as AI, Data Science, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Full Stack Development, DevOps, or Data Engineering.
- Experience in EdTech, Learning & Development (L&D), or workforce upskilling programs is preferred.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to design scalable learning solutions, estimate delivery efforts, and align technical programs with business and employability objectives.
