Job Description

Role Summary:.Our Client's Engineering Department is responsible for all aspects of Engineering ToolSet selection, implementation, deployment, use and support for the business. The team is currently engaged in deployment of new enterprise-wide solution for various area of business to implement and realise effective and efficient business process operations covering Requirement Management, Test Management, Process Deployment and its governance. Currently they are looking for Technical Scrum Master role for this department which offers an opportunity to lead scrum teams responsible to deliver technical solutions that have direct effect on process, tools, people who operate in an end-to-end business process. It brings working closely with Product Owners, Process Owners, Architects, developers, analysts, testers, SME's and in a cross-functional environment. Dimension of Function.Technical know-how, Scrum Mast ery, Coaching, Agile Practices, SAFe, LeSS.Contacts .Product Owner, Product Owner, Group Lead, Department Head, Program Manager, Project Manager.Area of Responsibility.Technical Scrum Master for x-functional teams including Functional and Technical consulta nt, Support Analyst, Developers..Understand Business Requirements and convert that into Technically actionable items (Epics, Stori es, Tasks, sub-tasks, etc.).Design, own, and govern delivery logs, change logs, process logs, requirement traceability matrices.. Manage Stakeholders, govern workflows for change..Lead meeting, workshops, scrum sessions, and manage outcomes with clear traceab le links to delivery..Guiding the team and organisation on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers..Ass essing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organisation and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organisation..Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment..Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of bl ame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving..Facilitating getting the work done without coe rcion, assigning, or dictating the work..Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution..Facilitating ceremon ies for the team like Spring Planning, Retrospective, Reviews, Stand up etc..Assisting with internal and external communication, i mproving transparency, and radiating information..Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever poss ible, and leading by example..Mentors, coaches and develops individual team members and the team as a whole..Work closely with A rea Product owner, Product owner, department head, customer programme management..Tracks and communicates the overall progress of the scrum teams delivery and team KPIs (using Burn-downs, burn-ups, Cumulative Flow, Velocity etc.)..Conduct internal training on Agile practices for existing and new team members. Knowledge / Experience.Must have experience of working as a Technical Scrum M aster/Agile PM for at least 7+ years for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory. .Must understand SDLC, Technical Delivery Framework and Challenges, Systems Architecture, Functional and Technical Specific ations, Test Strategies and Management..Must have excellent communication skills..Passion and deep understanding of Agile and Sc rum frameworks..Working experience with Agile approaches SAFe / LeSS is required. .Good skills and knowledge of servant leader ship, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency..A wareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games. .Awareness of PLM Applications e.g 3D Experience, Teamcenter etc for Automotive Domain..Must ha ve working knowledge of DevOps principles and practices - CI/CD/Test Automation /DevOps tools..Should have great team leadership, inter-personal communication, and negotiation/influencing skills to guide, mentor and motivate agile teams..The experience in app lying a wide variety of well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach(example: various Burndown technologies, many Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.)..Knowledge of other Agile approaches:, XP, Kan ban, Crystal, FDD, etc..Excellent communication and mentoring skills.Competences .Customer Centricity - Ensures the delivery o f exceptional customer service - EXPERT.Business Acumen - Applies appropriate strategic logic to decisions and initiatives in one s area - EXPERT.Decision Making - Identifies and analyses information to make decisions and solve problems - EXPERT.Teamwork & C ollaboration - Fosters a sense of teamwork, leverages differences, and facilitates the effective interaction and contribution of others to achieve goals - EXPERT .People Development - Ensures the availability and development of the talent needed to meet current and future organizational goals - EXPERT.Lead Courageously - Takes personal and organizational risks to do what is right and achie ve organizational success, and supports others who do so - EXPERT.Developing & Managing Relationships - Develops and maintains con structive, open and honest relationships with others - EXPERT .Displays Global Perspective - Establishes and promotes effective bu siness operations across multiple countries and/or regions and coordinates appropriately with the broader global business - EXPERT
