We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Sales Manager with a strong engineering background to lead our sales initiatives in the lithium battery manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge of battery technology with proven sales expertise to drive business growth and expand our customer base.
Job Location : Coimbatore and Nilgiris (On Site)
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ Years
- Qualification: B.E/B. Tech or M.E/M. Tech in EEE, ECE, or related field
- Skilled in MS Office, CRM tools, and data-driven reporting.
- Open to travel for client meetings and industry events.
The position involves :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in lithium battery and energy storage markets
- Leverage strong technical knowledge of lithium-ion technology for solution-based selling
- Generate leads through cold calls, networking, and digital outreach
- Engage clients to understand needs and present tailored product solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and regular sales performance reports
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Negotiate and close high-value deals while resolving client concerns
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business
