Responsibilities:
Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
Conduct initial candidate assessments, including resume reviews and pre-screening interviews.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from candidate sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline of potential candidates for current and future positions.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment.
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
Proven track record in sourcing and hiring technical talent in areas such as software development, IT, engineering, or related fields.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective candidate engagement.
Ability to work collaboratively with hiring teams and adapt to changing priorities.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
