About the Role
We're looking for a Technical Recruiter who thrives on finding exceptional talent and creating a world-class candidate experience. You'll be the bridge between top tech talent and our fast-growing organization driving hiring strategies, owning end-to-end recruitment, and partnering closely with leadership and engineering teams to build high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end technical recruitment from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, and Leadership teams to understand hiring needs and craft precise role requirements.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for both current and future technical positions.
- Use a mix of proactive sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Boolean, communities, referrals).
- Conduct competency-based interviews and assess both technical and cultural fit.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience, representing the company's brand and values in every interaction.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, etc.) to improve efficiency and quality.
- Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies to refine hiring strategies.
- Collaborate with HR and operations for smooth onboarding and workforce planning.
Requirements
- 38 years of proven experience in technical recruitment (product-based, SaaS, or GCC environments preferred).
- Hands-on experience hiring for roles such as Software Engineers, SDEs, DevOps, QA, Product Managers, and Data roles.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, AngelList, Naukri, etc.) and ATS platforms.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- A genuine passion for connecting people with meaningful careers.
Preferred Skills
- Experience recruiting across India and global markets.
- Understanding of diversity hiring, modern assessment techniques, and employer branding.
- Familiarity with tech stacks (Java, Python, React, Node.js, Cloud, etc.) to evaluate profiles effectively.
