Technical Recruiter

We are currently looking for an experienced Technical Europe Recruiter to join our team on a full-time, Bangalore-based role.

Mandatory Requirement:

The candidate must have strong, hands-on experience recruiting for Europe and UK markets. This includes sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, rate negotiations, compliance understanding, and end-to-end hiring for technical roles across the EU region.

Key Expectations:

• 26 years of total recruitment experience
• Proven experience hiring for Europe & UK (this is mandatory)
• Experience with technical hiring across skills such as SAP, Java, Cloud, DevOps, Data, etc.
• Strong understanding of European hiring practices, job portals, compliance awareness, and rate structures
• Ability to work from our Bangalore location (full-time, office-based)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder handling skills
