Job Title: Domestic IT Recruiter

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented Domestic IT Recruiter with 3–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment within the Indian market. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and closing IT positions across various technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for domestic IT requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and networking.
Screen resumes and conducts initial HR/technical screening calls.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations.
Schedule and follow up on interviews and feedback.
Negotiate salary and offer discussions with candidates.
Maintain and update candidate databases and ATS.
Ensure quick turnaround time and meet hiring targets.
Build strong candidate pipelines for recurring skill sets.
Required Skills:
Strong experience in domestic IT recruitment (India market).
Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, indeed, LinkedIn.
Good understanding of IT technologies and roles (Java, .NET, QA, DevOps, etc.).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
