Responsibilities

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for technical roles.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in technical recruiting or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and skills in the IT industry.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assess technical skills and qualifications effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Boolean search techniques and sourcing candidates through various platforms.
