Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates using various methods such as job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for technical roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the technical requirements of open positions and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintain an organized database of candidates and track progress throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in technical recruiting or a related field.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and skills in the IT industry.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess technical skills and qualifications effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with Boolean search techniques and sourcing candidates through various platforms.
