Job Description

Job Summary:

A B2B Technical Project Manager will be responsible for managing Customer Integration projects, developing standards for external integrations to internal systems, analyzing current business processes and technologies, and driving improvements within customer's Cash to Pay life cycle. This role will also play a key part in developing strategy for future integrations with external supplier portals. This role is seeking someone comfortable to work from 2pm to 10 pm to suit the EU and NA EST time zones.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3-5+ years applicable Project Management experience
  • College degree in related discipline or equivalent experience (6-8+ years of technical project management)
  • Customer-facing presentation skills
  • Familiarity with SAP EDI interfaces
  • Ability to understand data (i.e. EDI x12/ XML formats), technical systems
  • Familiarity with ebusiness procurement solutions (Ariba, SciQuest, Coupa)
  • Understanding of the Order to Cash or Procure to Pay process
  • Experience with cXML for communication of business documents between procurement applications, e-commerce hubs and suppliers
  • Knowledge of ebusiness integration processes and services, such as punchout b2b, electronic docs & API webservices
