Technical Project Manager
Overview:
We are in search of a dynamic and motivated Technical Project Manager to oversee and orchestrate project management activities for our esteemed company. The successful candidate will take charge of the end-to-end project lifecycle, from conceptualization to maintenance and version upgrades. This role demands a proactive approach to technical challenges, adept team management, and seamless project execution.
Job Type: Permanent (full-time)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Shift Timings: 6:00 PM - 3:30 AM (Daylight Saving: 7:00 PM - 4:30 AM IST)

Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and efficient problem-solving.
Demonstrate full-stack development proficiency, spanning WBS creation, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Coordinate across teams, ensuring seamless workflow between design, development, testing, and deployment stages.
Guide the product lifecycle from conception to release, maintenance, and continuous enhancements.
Manage testing procedures and deployment strategies for reliable and timely product launches.
Oversee product releases, post-release tasks, updates, and enhancements for sustained success and user satisfaction.
Requirements:
Possess a minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in team management.
Demonstrated technical acumen, complemented by practical exposure to software development and web technologies.
Proven project management skill, handling global clients with effective escalation management.
Extensive Agile team leadership experience, adaptable to team s (10-15 resources).
Proficiency in Python is essential, including web-based development with Django and React (optional), and the development of micro services-based SaaS products.
Hands-on experience in low-code/no-code SaaS app development and product management.
