Role Summary
The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for driving the end-to-end delivery of a Java Spring Bootbased microservices telecom platform. This role involves overseeing technical execution, ensuring on-time delivery, managing cross-functional collaboration, and maintaining strong alignment between business objectives and engineering outcomes. The individual will also handle stakeholder engagement, delivery governance, risk management, and adherence to agile practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Java Spring Boot architecture and microservices lifecycle including design, build, deployment, and maintenance.
- Proven experience managing delivery teams working on NoSQL databases, IBM MQ, and distributed systems.
- Hands-on exposure to telecom OSS/BSS systems, APIs, and related integrations.
- Solid grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies with practical experience in sprint planning and backlog management.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, release management, and production monitoring tools.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Strong stakeholder management experience, with the ability to balance technical depth and business priorities.
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):
- Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP) or Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2).
- Experience with containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Working knowledge of cloud-based architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
