Technical Project Manager

Project Planning and Execution:
o Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
o Develop a detailed project plan, including tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
o Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
o Manage project resources, budgets, and schedules.
o Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members.

AWS Services:
o Understanding with AWS and architecture.
o Should have good knowledge & experience in AWS S3 buckets, EC2, Lambda, Glue, and more.
o Experience in managing, support & guide resources.

Talend Technologies:
o Should have an expertise or hands- on exp in Talend and able to guide team resources.
o Ensure data security and compliance with data governance policies.

Team Management & Mentoring
o Lead and mentor support team, including Engineers.
o Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
o Resolve team conflicts and ensure team members meet project milestones.

Stakeholder Management:
o Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, business leaders, and external partners.
o Provide regular project status updates and report on key performance indicators.
o Manage expectations and ensure alignment with project objectives.

Quality Assurance and Testing:
o Oversee the development of test cases and coordinate testing efforts.
o Perform quality reviews and validation of project deliverables.

Change Management:
Follow change management processes to address scope changes and project adjustments.
Ensure all changes are documented, approved, and communicated effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field; a master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience managing technical projects especially in BFSI domain and preferably in Talend environments.
• Strong understanding of Data Processing and ETL Process.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum project management methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Work experience on Talend
• Talend / MSBI / AWS Certified are highly desirable
• Good understanding of SQL, ETL
