About the Role
We are looking for a high-impact Technical Program Manager to drive enterprise project execution and strategic account growth for our flagship Conglomerate Client. This is a senior, highly visible role that sits at the intersection of delivery excellence and enterprise sales — requiring both sharp operational rigor and a commercial mindset.
You will be the single point of contact for one of our most strategic enterprise accounts, owning end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder relationships, and revenue growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
A. Project Execution & Delivery (70%)
- Serve as the primary external Point of Contact for all project updates, escalations, and communications with Enterprises stakeholders across business units.
- Own end-to-end project execution for all ongoing deployments — from SOW sign-off through go-live — ensuring timelines, milestones, and quality standards are consistently met.
- Drive internal coordination across Product, Engineering, Pre-Sales, and QA teams to align on deliverables, resolve dependencies, and eliminate blockers.
- Review, negotiate, and execute Statement of Work (SOW) agreements in collaboration with legal, finance, and sales teams — both internally and externally.
- Proactively identify and escalate commercial and technical risks that could impact delivery timelines or customer outcomes; maintain a live risk register with mitigation plans.
- Manage structured governance cadences — weekly project updates, monthly business reviews, and quarterly CSAT reviews — to track progress, surface gaps, and drive accountability.
- Anchor quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with the customer to assess satisfaction, close delivery gaps, and align on the roadmap ahead.
- Escalate red flags, delivery risks, or account health concerns to the Head of Enterprise Sales in a timely and structured manner.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, dashboards, and status reports accessible to both internal and external stakeholders.
B. Revenue Growth & Commercial Accountability (30%)
- Own and drive upsell and cross-sell revenue of ₹5 Cr annually within Enterprises, focused exclusively on Enterprise Business — identifying expansion opportunities across new business units, use cases, and product lines.
- Establish and nurture OEM partnerships that contribute to top-line revenue growth and improve EBITDA margins — identifying the right partners, structuring commercial arrangements, and driving joint GTM motions.
- Collaborate with the Enterprise Sales head to build account plans that map customer strategic priorities to our product capabilities and identify whitespace for growth.
- Track account-level revenue performance, forecast accuracy, and pipeline health — providing regular updates to sales leadership.
- Participate in commercial negotiations and contract renewals, ensuring pricing, scope, and terms reflect the value delivered.
- Build executive-level relationships within Enterprises to position the company as a long-term strategic technology partner, not just a vendor.
What We're Looking For
- 6–10 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Delivery Management, or a hybrid delivery + sales role — preferably in SaaS, AI, or enterprise technology.
- Proven track record managing large, complex enterprise accounts with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen — ability to identify upsell opportunities, own revenue targets, and participate meaningfully in commercial conversations.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills — comfortable engaging CXOs, business heads, and technical teams with equal confidence.
- Experience managing SOWs, project contracts, and delivery governance frameworks.
- Familiarity with enterprise software deployment lifecycles — including product rollout, integration, QA, and hypercare phases.
- Strong analytical and communication skills — ability to distil complex project status into crisp executive updates.
- Experience working with or establishing OEM/technology partnerships is a strong plus.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior experience with large Indian conglomerates or enterprise accounts (Adani, Reliance, Tata, L&T etc.) is a significant advantage.
