Role Summary
We're looking for a passionate educatordesigner to own the learning design of one of our technology programs
This role blends academic understanding, instructional design, and industry relevance.
You'll shape how students learn from fundamentals to workplace skills ensuring every learner is ready for the modern tech ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Program Design & Curriculum Development
Design and own the learning structure for your assigned program curriculum, skill tracks, and
assessments.
Translate learning goals into practical, engaging, and outcome-oriented content.
Work with subject experts and faculty to ensure academic rigor and relevance to industry needs.
Regularly update and refine the curriculum based on learner feedback and emerging tech trends.
Learning Experience Design
Develop experiential formats labs, projects, hackathons, and workshops that connect
theory with real application.
Create clear learning outcomes, rubrics, and teaching resources to support effective delivery.
Support faculty and trainers in delivering high-quality classroom and online sessions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with operations, placements, and product teams to ensure smooth implementation of
designed programs across campuses.
Bring in industry experts for guest sessions, certifications, and real-world projects.
Use data and feedback to continuously improve student engagement and learning outcomes.
What We're Looking For
B.Tech in Computer Science or a closely related discipline (required).
3+ years of experience in teaching, training, or curriculum design within technology programs.
Hands-on classroom or lab experience (must have taught students in tech domains like coding,
data, or engineering).
Strong understanding of how students learn and what drives engagement.
Awareness of tools and technologies used in the modern workplace (e.g., Python, Excel, GitHub,
Canva, etc.).
Collaborative mindset and comfort working across academic and industry interfaces.
