Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.

58 years of experience in technical program or project management within a software or SaaS company.

Proven experience managing software development lifecycles in Agile environments.

Strong technical understanding of modern web or cloud-based applications.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a mid-sized organization (2001000 employees), ideally scaling processes and delivery frameworks.

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.

PMP, CSM, or Agile certification.

Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence across engineering, design, and business functions.
