Role Description
Technical Program Manager Data Excellence
Experience: 812 years in Project/Program Management
Location: Gurugram
Role Objective:
Lead complex data and cloud programs to deliver transformative business value, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering technical excellence, compliance, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Strategy & Delivery: Drive multi-project roadmaps (data lake, ETL modernization, metadata management, API/data integration, reporting automation). Ensure scalability, risk mitigation, and measurable KPIs.
Execution: Manage end-to-end delivery using Agile and tools like JIRA. Oversee resources, vendors, and adapt plans to evolving business needs.
Stakeholder Management: Build consensus, lead change management, and provide executive-level reporting on impact and outcomes.
Data Governance: Implement frameworks for security, privacy, lineage, and compliance across domains.
Continuous Improvement: Promote innovation, retrospectives, and adoption of emerging tools and modular architectures.
Finance & Performance: Manage budgets, ROI analysis, and track KPIs with data visualization tools.
Skills: Leadership, negotiation, analytics, budgeting, federated data architecture, metadata management, API integration, governance, and reporting automation.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Program Management and Project Management to successfully execute and oversee high-impact projects.
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess risks, and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Software Development and Product Management, with the ability to guide technical teams and align product goals with business objectives.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a collaborative approach to cross-functional team management.
- Relevant educational background, such as a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, is preferred.
- Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Preferred Certifications: PMP/ CSM/PMI-ACP, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), CDMP, CMMI.
