Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Leadership:
  • Articulate team technology, goals, requirements, and milestones.
  • Build subject matter expertise and stay updated on technological developments.
  • Develop and manage cross-functional programs, identifying risks and dependencies.
  • Work with Product and Engineering to define roadmap and execution strategy.
  • Process & Performance Management:
  • Drive internal process improvements to increase efficiency, performance, and quality.
  • Remove roadblocks and optimize team workflows.
  • Implement accountability measures to ensure high-quality engineering output.
  • Act as Release Train Engineer, coaching teams in SAFe4 and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Coordination:
  • Establish strong working relationships across multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Communicate technical plans, progress, and risks to management and stakeholders.
  • Assess business impact, prioritize initiatives, and drive accountability in a fast-paced environment.
