We are currently seeking a Technical Product Owner - AI & Digital Solutions (CDMO) to join our team in Bangalore, Karntaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Owner - AI & Digital Solutions (CDMO) to lead the identification, prioritization, and delivery of AI-enabled digital products across our global Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) network.
This role combines deep expertise in pharmaceutical manufacturing, GxP regulatory compliance, AI-driven digital transformation, product ownership, and business consulting to accelerate enterprise-wide innovation. The successful candidate will serve as the strategic bridge between manufacturing sites, business domain experts, the Pharmaceutical Services Group (PSG), Digital Technology, Data Science, and Engineering teams.
The Technical Product Owner will identify high-value AI opportunities, define product vision and roadmaps, prioritize business requirements, and ensure the delivery of scalable, compliant, and business-centric digital solutions that improve manufacturing efficiency, product quality, compliance, and customer outcomes.
Partner with global manufacturing sites, business leaders, and functional stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI and digital transformation opportunities.
Facilitate discovery workshops to understand operational challenges, business pain points, and strategic objectives.
Translate business requirements into AI-enabled product initiatives and scalable digital capabilities.
Evaluate AI use cases based on business value, operational impact, compliance requirements, technical feasibility, and implementation complexity.
Develop compelling business cases to support investment decisions for AI and digital initiatives.
Define and own product vision, roadmap, backlog, and release priorities.
Manage the product lifecycle from ideation through deployment and continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with Digital Technology, Data Science, Engineering, and PSG teams to deliver enterprise-scale AI solutions.
Prioritize features based on business value while balancing technical constraints and regulatory requirements.
Ensure timely delivery using Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and iterative product development.
Act as a trusted advisor to manufacturing operations by understanding business processes and identifying opportunities for digital optimization.

Support organizational change management to maximize user adoption and business value realization.
Influence senior leaders and drive consensus across cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Computer Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline. Advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CDMO manufacturing.
